Anim Swart is a world class triathlete who believes that with athlete based coaching any individual can achieve athletic performance and fitness. My objective is to support the athlete in achieving their goals whether it is recreational or podium. My Coaching is unique and sets me apart on many levels because not only have I raced for fun but I have raced on the world stage. As a life coach working and understanding athletes to overcome mental obstacles whether it is performance anxiety or the fear or not completing a triathlon, her experience is unlimited.
Virtual Coaching versus Buying predesigned Program.
Executing program you buy online can be tricky, I have heard of so many people that burn our or get injured from programs they buy online. These programs can be amazing and full of detail, but it surely doesn't replace a coach. Triathlon you have to know when to back off and when to push forward. When to train hard and when to train harder. Online programs can be very good but for some it is a recipe for disaster and you can loose fitness instead of gaining endurance.
In the current climate of virtual training it has has vital topic for coaches. Reinventing how you deliver program is a key element to have retention by your athletes but also keep athletes inspired and hungry for more. Virtual coaching has shifted my business to another level and me as a coach. It has prompted me to be more creative, inspire and motivate people on so many levels and it has broaden my Life Coaching business even more.

The year that went from epic to amazing. is just getting better. I was planning on doing these amazing races and they got moved but my will to survive woke me up and I did these amazing things. I formed my own company and also formed a non profit, Ultimate Power of 1. I was told how could you do something out of nothing? My answer was why not, sitting around and feeling sorry for myself was just not an option. The races will take place so from now to then I will do whatever I can to support communities that need help in the crazy dark time. Raising money for front line workers and first responders. Brought me to an amazing realization of my true purpose to be the best coach I can be for my amazing athletes, to continue my life coaching practice and most of all to give back and create amazing projects with my non profit.
My races I was planing to do, now pushed to 2021, just giving me more time to be become the best version of my best self.
Racing 250km in 7 days, with a back pack carrying all your food and all your essentials.

2. Gobi Desert in Mongolia in June -the windiest desert
3.Georgia next to Russia
4.Chile The Atacama Desert- the driest desert
5.Antartica the coldest.
